Literal English Translation:
Limitations of the Laghu Trayee & Yoga Ratnakara
In Madhava Nidana, the symptoms of curability/incurability are indeed not written, which is the main purpose of disease diagnosis!
That which he promised = "along with complications and fatal signs" (Sopadravarishta)... the definition (= symptoms/definition) of that complication (Upadrava) and fatal sign (Arishta), he did not write...
Nor did he describe complications & fatal signs in all diseases. In this manner, please leave aside the entire, holistic, complete, comprehensive...
A treatise which does not even give fundamental primary knowledge, has obtained a place in the Lesser Triad 😵💫🙄
There are many more faults in this, due to which, instead of Nidane Madhava Shresthah (Madhav is best in diagnosis), Nidane Madhavo Nashtah (Madhav is ruined in diagnosis) can be clearly explained in detail.
An article of this type has already been written by Mhetre Ayurveda, the link of which is given ahead:

In the second chapter of the first section of Sharngadhara, pulse examination based on the "gait of animals and birds," which is "to be known by sight," was described in the form of "touch examination," which is a very unscientific, non-scriptural, famously false, and a contradicted fallacy of reason (Badhita Hetvabhasa)—meaning a faulty thing that is contradicted by other proofs (Pramaanantar).
Very many formulations (Karpas), without himself ever having "created or used" them, he has indeed copy-pasted them.
For example, regarding the therapeutic effect (Phal Shruti) of Sitopaladi, he has written by intermingling the verses of Charaka.
On this also, we have broadcasted an explanatory video, the link of which is given ahead:

Sitopaladi Churna: Comparative study of the therapeutic effects stated by Charaka and Sharngadhara.
Right in the beginning of Bhava Prakasha Nighantu... the "vision of the science (Shastra) has indeed been destroyed"!!!
That which is as it is, assume that as it is and proceed.
Do not ask why and how it is, and this.
In this way, during the description of Haritaki = right at the time of describing the first drug dravya substance, it was made clear...

(Sanskrit Verse Literal Sense):
The established capacity to destroy doshas through Prabhava (specific power) is illuminated. For the purpose of the student's understanding by means of reasons, nothing unprecedented is being created now. Difference in action, and similarity in qualities, is seen due to difference in substrate/basis. Since that is the case, this should not be thought about.
Due to writing the same synonym name for many substances, later on, today, ambiguity has arisen regarding those substances.
The best post-Samhita text is Yoga Ratnakara!
Because after each specific disease diagnosis, he wrote the treatment for that specific disease.
According to the previous tradition, he did not adopt the traditional form of writing all the diagnosis first and then "back to square one" coming and continuing to write the treatment.
After the description of the disease diagnosis, he wrote its treatment "immediately."
It is possible that this might have happened because of Vrunda Madhava. But today Vrunda Madhava is either not available or not easily obtained, therefore Yoga Ratnakara is indeed today's best useful text after the Samhitas.
